Thank you for your acceptance and interest to participate in the Survey. This survey is being conducted by Prof. Biju Varkkey of IIM Ahmedabad and Prof. Niharika of VJIM Hyderabad, in association with Husys Consulting Limited.

The main objective of the survey is to assess the outlook for Small and Medium Scale Industries (SMEs) in India from the HR perspective. This survey is expected to help us assess the impact of the changes in law, compliance and technological innovations on HR practices and Business in SMEs.
